New Obsession: The Beauty Department (by Lauren Conrad's team)

Okay, it's time to finally admit it....we love Lauren Conrad.  So many reason's have brought us to this conclusion, she is adorable, such a smart business-woman, true to herself, honest with her audience, talented at writing, designing etc.  So anywhooo, we have been keeping up with all of the new things she is doing and this project quickly caught our eyes...

Lauren just launched The Beauty Department with her makeup and hair team.  This blog focuses on hair, makeup and all things beauty related.  The layout is adorable (pastel color scheme, simple design) and the content is exactly the kind of things we want to know.  The site includes tutorials (ahem, how to get Lauren's perfect waves) what to include in your bag for different events (prom, day at the beach) and news on the latest beauty and hair trends.

We LOVE this site..and honestly we don't usually read beauty blogs.  However, this one just made it on our daily must read list.
