This 34 page editorial is simply amazing.  Each picture is so Erin's vibe that it seems like she styled it herself (although Alberto Zanoletti styled it).

Erin Wasson x RVCA

We just got the pictures of this show.  Her signature style of bohemian, casual cool is clearly present in these styles.  Even though the pieces aren't the most interesting that we will see this fashion week, we love the effortless styles presented, and are sure that each of her looks are things that we would love to wear everyday.  The neutral palette and thin, stringy hair braids remind us of why we love Erin Wasson, oh so much.

Video: Alexander Wang and Erin Wasson (a few months late)

We were just going through some of our old emails, some saved pictures, blurbs, and videos that have inspired us this fall.  We are trying to piece together our favorite trends, so we started looking back through the past few months to see what has really grabbed our attention.

We came across this video and we can't believe we didn't post it at the time. This video sheds a bit of light on Erin and Alex's collaboration and what goes on behind the scenes with these crazy two.  We found it pretty inspiring, and it made us love both of them even more.

Fashion week Day 2: Erin Wasson for RVCA

It is no secret that we LOVE Erin Wasson.  When people ask us our fashion icon, we quickly answer with her name.  Not only is she Alexander Wang's muse and stylist, but she just is downright badass.  We were giddy waiting to see what her show would entail.  Obviously the show started late, the crowd was intense and very hipster and there was a surprise performance from the brooklyn group Gang Gang Dance.  As a former model herself, Erin packed the runway with big name walkers such as Chanel Iman and Lily Donaldson.  The crowd was it girl packed as well, Chrissie Miller, Harley Newton, Cory Kennedy, Taylor Momsen etc.  Let's just say she had NO problem filling the big tent in bryant park.

We love the desert influence, the southern california vibe and the drapery of many of the pieces.  Some people negatively critiqued the models "dirty" look, but we absolutely love it.
